Homeowner

Your home is your castle. But it’s probably not made of stone, so you need some help protecting it. We’ll help repair or replace your home and your belongings inside (even your identity, if you choose) if disaster strikes. Water, storms, fire — they’re no match for our shield.

Your homeowners policy covers a variety of losses, so talk to your agent to make sure you understand all of the inclusions and restrictions.

  • Property

This helps cover damage or destruction to homes, possessions, and other structures on your property caused by fire, water (other than a flood), storms, or other hazards. Your insurance helps pay repair or replacement costs to help restore your home to the condition it was in before the damage occurred. Deductibles apply and limits are unique to individual policies.

  • Liability

When others are injured on an insured premises, or property is damaged as a result of an event on an insured premises, liability helps pay the damages. For example, if someone falls and is injured on your property, or if a fire in your home spreads and damages a neighboring structure, your policy can help cover the costs up to your policy limits, and after you meet your deductible.
